You definitely can appeal your ban and being distracted should not have done anything negative to your account. An EA agent should be able to review your report and get back to you.

and are there any options at all with my BF 5 ? i mean that I bought it and now I'm not able to use it (I don't play singleplayer). May be you can reset it totally or something else...

Got the same issue, I was banned on monday (for no reason too).
Are you using the Logitech Gaming Software? Or any other third party background application for controlling your gaming mouse or keyboard?
