Battlefield 5 Tournament

Hello! I have some questions about Battlefield 5 Tournament.
I want to organize a Clan vs Clan game in Battlefield 5 in community mode... I need console commands to move people to another team I mean A team or B team.
Is it feasible to arrange tournaments with forbidden weapons from specific groups? According to my experience only specific weapon groups can be banned separate separate weapons not within groups...
Maybe you can suggest a setting or a program to set these up and play competitive matches?

Are there any console commands that can help me in running the game: starting a vote for the next map or kicking a player etc..?
