Battlefield 5 will not launch no matter what I do

My Battlefield 5 will not launch no matter what I do, I purchased the game on steam several months ago and no fix ive tried has worked, a screen with the bfv like poster pops up with a white loading ...

You can probably ask the EA help center. I had this problem and asked them for help. In a few days i could launch the game.
