I also have the same problem and nothing of the above fixed it.
I have been playing this game for over 2000 hours now, and now this with the last content drop. Not so fun.
Battlefield 1 starts without a problem, But not BFV.
Please help us!
I found what worked for me.
I logged in with my friends origin account on my computer and started the game, and it worked.
Then i just switched back to my account and now it works fine.
So if you can, test a friends account.
It sounds like a Origin caching issue from what you said.
If it reappears try this:
Make sure Origin is closed.
Navigate here: C:\ProgramData
Delete the Origin folder.
Now run the game.
