For #2 most of the rotations that focus on the new maps have the American faction as the rotations focus on the 7.0  map updates.  If you play the older rotations there are plenty of maps that have British as the main allied force.  The Stock Conquest rotation has a ton of British Faction maps.

@235Nuke Soon all old servers will be replaced with new ones, so British will dissapear soon.

    @slaviyt Only Al Sundan, Twisted Steel, and Panzerstorm have been updated to remove the British faction and add the US faction. You'll still be able to play the British faction on Devastation, Rotterdam, Hamada, Narvik, Mercury, Aerodome, Arras, and have access to thier tanks.
