Battlefield V - Not able to spawn score point tank & Americans replacing British

@slaviyt Only Al Sundan, Twisted Steel, and Panzerstorm have been updated to remove the British faction and add the US faction. You'll still be able to play the British faction on Devastation, Rotterdam, Hamada, Narvik, Mercury, Aerodome, Arras, and have access to thier tanks.
