Battlefield V account progress and skins rolled back, need restore
Hello,
In Battlefield V, my character, weapon and vehicle levels, along with all my skins, have been rolled back to an older progress state. Could you please restore my lost progress and skin items from the server backend? Thank you.

Since nobody here can access game accounts for security reasons, you might be best off contacting EA Help for assistance. You should be able to contact them here (scroll to the bottom and select "Contact us"):

It may also be worth just quickly checking that you're logging into the right account
