Servers are (almost) unplayable: lag + stuttering
On top of the ongoing chat bug (for well over 3 weeks now, basically nobody can type/send messages), there’s a new major issue since the last 1–2 days: the servers are almost unplayable. What’s happening: heavy lag constant stuttering / hitching during gameplay This is not limited to one region — it affects both EU and Asian servers, and it happens on community servers as well as official DICE servers.9.8KViews55likes161CommentsDoes EA actually care about its players?
Hi everyone, It feels like a complete waste of effort. No matter how many times I try to explain my situation, all I get in return are cold, automated, copy-paste responses. It is incredibly frustrating and leaves me completely speechless. Does EA actually care about its community, or are we just shouting into the void? I’ve been trying to appeal a false ban that my friends (XZG1949101, wdnmdblyeat) and I (TX-Wkey) received nine months ago after playing in a private ROG booth at an internet cafe. As a software engineering student nearing graduation, I even explained the technical likelihood of a false positive in that environment. I also highlighted my long-term loyalty to this franchise, owning Battlefield 4, 1, V, 2042, and 6 on my account. Yet, none of that matters to EA’s support. Every single appeal is met with the exact same robotic script. It is absolutely infuriating. How can a major gaming company completely ignore its players’ genuine voices and rely solely on cold, unhelpful bots? Does EA actually want to face its players, or are you happy to let automated scripts alienate your most dedicated community members? Has anyone else faced this endless loop of robotic rejections? If any Community Manager is actually reading this, please prove to us that there are real humans working behind the scenes who care enough to look into genuine cases.Solved22Views0likes1CommentThe armory needs an update
I’ve recently gotten back into Battlefield V and noticed I still have some leftover BFC coins unused. Will the holiday bundles make a return? I’m especially fond of the Halloween bundle—it’d be such a shame if these seasonal bundles never come back for the holidays. Also, have the rewards for Tides of War been changed? Why is there a weekly quest that only gives 200 Company Coins? Could this be a bug?26Views0likes2CommentsGame not loading

Hi everyone and EA Community Managers, I am writing this post with a heavy heart to seek help regarding an unjust ban on my Battlefield V account about six months ago. We tried appealing before but got nowhere. Now that I’ve heard about the new Anti-Cheat team, I am sharing our story here hoping for a real human review. Six months ago, my two friends and I were playing Battlefield V in a private ROG booth at a standard, legitimate internet cafe. The next morning, we woke up to find our accounts banned. I truly, deeply love the Battlefield series, and I have absolutely no motive or reason to cheat. If you check my account, you can see I own Battlefield 4, Battlefield 1, Battlefield V, Battlefield 2042, and Battlefield 6. As a die-hard fan, why would I ever do anything to ruin the game I love? I absolutely hate cheaters. I have a completely clean record across all other EA titles and every single game I have ever played across all platforms. Battlefield V is the only game where I have ever encountered a ban. This is incredibly hard to accept, and it is deeply unfair to us. This account holds so much of my hard work, dedication, and beautiful memories. If possible, please, please look closely into this. I swear I have never cheated. My friends’ accounts are XZG1949101 and wdnmdblyeat. The three of us are truly innocent. We did nothing wrong, and we suspect something on the internet cafe’s PCs triggered a false positive. We just want a fair, manual review of our case. Thank you so much for reading and for your time. Sincerely TX-WkeySolved38Views0likes2CommentsGame Sharing not working

My PSN account connects perfectly to newer EA games like FC 26, but older titles like Battlefield 5 are completely hard-locked into 'Offline Mode' or throw Error 2000. I have already completely deleted and reinstalled the game, rebuilt my PS5 database, verified my system clock, toggled my 2FA settings, and confirmed there is no local network block. I could play yesterday with no problems... (PS5)86Views2likes1CommentBFV False "AMD Radeon driver version 0.0.0" error (Current driver: 26.5.2)
Hey everyone, I'm getting a startup crash when trying to launch Battlefield V. It throws an error box saying: "Detected AMD Radeon driver version 0.0.0. The required driver version is 16.20.1025 or later." This is a false error. My drivers are completely up to date. I've already tried doing a clean install, but the game still refuses to read the correct version. Here are my specs: Game: Battlefield V GPU: AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT Driver Version: 26.5.2 CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700 OS: Windows 11 I’ve attached a screenshot of the error. Thanks in advance for the help!60Views0likes1Comment
