Battlefield Anti-Cheat Crash Issue (BF1, BFV, BF6)
Dear EA Support Team, I am experiencing a serious issue across multiple Battlefield titles on my laptop: Battlefield 1 Battlefield V Battlefield 6 All games Crashes after splash screen: I have already tried the following: Reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat Ran both the EA App and game executables as administrator Verified game files Disabled background apps, overlays, and third-party software Updated all drivers and Windows Despite this, the problem persists. I believe the issue may lie with the anti-cheat driver 📌 System Information: Laptop HP-Omen 16 Operating System: Windows 11 Pro CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-13700HX (16 cores / 24 threads, up to 5.0 GHz) RAM: 32 GB DDR5-4800 MHz (2 x 16 GB) GPU: NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4080 Laptop GPU (12 GB GDDR6) TPM 2.0: Enabled I would greatly appreciate it if your technical team could investigate and advise on a solution. I am happy to provide further logs or diagnostic reports if required.
cannot open a map during campaign game. pls help
Hi, I've got a problem with the game on my PC. I cannot open a map when I play campaign in my BF 5. When I press 'M', nothing is happening. I've tried to change a keybind to other but it doesn't work too. Has any of you had such a problem? I would be grateful for a solution..🙏

I've been using this application, it's not perfect but for me to split my computer into 3 parts it's great, me and my wife can use the computer while I have a separate instance for my TV(sorta like a console). Battlefield V, Battlefield 1 do not launch and I'm assuming anything that has EAAC, it gives out an error message detected software (ibik.aster). The application is not a cheat, and can't really cause any sort of piracy, the EA launcher can't run more than one instance anyways nor can the games. Please review the application even get in touch with the developers they're pretty snappy to respond, there is no need for the game to not launch with the application running.5090/9950x3d no Ray tracing or dx12 options available.
Hi, while waiting for the bf6 launch I decided to revisit bfv on my new gaming rig. It is an rtx 5090 with 9950x3d playing at 1440p. Sadly when I enter advanced settings I cannot find dxr or dx12 toggle. I have the latest win 11 version, cleanly installed latest nvidia driver, reinstalled both the game and EA app and checked dx12 status with dxdiag. Dlss is greyed out. Anyone else having the same issue or any tips?
Constantly losing connection to EA servers
The past couple of days I started losing connection to EA servers but my internet is fine. There have been no changes to my internet settings and I have no disconnects in any other multiplayer games. I use a cmd command to continiously ping google and I always get a response back. Multiple people have noted the same problem in our discord server. Can the EA team take a look at it, thanks.
