Battlefield V – Armory not working for months
Hello EA Support team, I would like to report an ongoing issue with the Armory in Battlefield V. For couple of months and maybe even half a year now, the Armory has not been functioning properly — it no longer provides any weekly bundles, skins, or featured offers, even though this feature used to work consistently before. I completely understand that Battlefield V is no longer receiving new content updates from DICE or EA Games, but the Armory system was a core and working feature of the game, and it should still be maintained. Players are still purchasing Battlefield V and additional content, and the servers remain active, which clearly shows there is still a dedicated and active community supporting the game. Not long ago, there was also an issue where the community servers were not working properly, and that problem was eventually fixed — which proves that there are still people maintaining the backend and keeping the game functional. We hope that the same kind of maintenance can be done for the Armory system as well. As large and successful companies, DICE and EA Games have the responsibility to ensure that existing features, especially those that were part of the original paid product, continue to function properly. Even if no new content is being developed, basic maintenance and functionality of in-game systems like the Armory should still be supported — particularly since the game is still available for sale and players continue to spend money on it. At the moment, the Armory in Battlefield V only displays a static screen with the message “NO SHIPMENTS AVAILABLE” (as shown in the attached screenshot). It no longer provides any bundles, shipments, or weekly items, confirming that the feature is completely non-functional. This issue has persisted for several months and continues to affect many active players who still enjoy and support the game. In the name of Battlefield V players and myself, I kindly ask you to look into this problem. Please investigate this issue or escalate it to the appropriate team within EA or DICE. Restoring the Armory’s functionality would mean a lot to the Battlefield community and show that EA and DICE still care about maintaining the integrity of their games. Thank you for your time and understanding. Best regards, BF V988Views17likes38CommentsLost of special assignments of 4 classes and a MG
I have been playing this game for maybe about 1000 hours and the machinegun M1922 has already been upgraded to level 10 for several months, together with the level of 4 different classes all to level 20. But I could not find the special assignments for all the things I mentioned above, which means I would lost many brilliant skins. Have already talked with the survice from EA, but it seems they could do nothing but tell me that they have already recorded my question. Could anyone help to get the assignments to me?12Views0likes1CommentBattlefield V Anti-Cheat update failure for China region blocking launch
Hello, I am reporting a critical issue specifically affecting players in China trying to play Battlefield V on PC (via Steam/EA App). Core Problem Upon launching the game, EA Anti-Cheat (EAAC) prompts for an update. However, even if the update appears to complete successfully, the anti-cheat files automatically roll back to an older version (from July 11, 2025) upon the next launch. This causes a persistent update loop, making it impossible to start the game normally. Key Details & Impact This issue is confirmed to primarily affect the China region, suggesting a problem with the regional update servers or configuration. This problem has been ongoing for several months, severely impacting the gaming experience for a significant number of legitimate players. The only known, unreliable workaround involves disconnecting from the internet during the EAAC loading phase to bypass the update check, which is not a sustainable solution. Other players have found that using a network accelerator set for Battlefield 1 can sometimes trigger a proper EAAC update, indirectly allowing Battlefield V to run, which further points to a service-side issue specific to Battlefield V's update pathway in China. Request for Action We kindly request the EA team to urgently investigate and fix the EAAC auto-update mechanism for the China region to ensure players can receive and maintain the latest version correctly. Thank you for your attention to this serious issue.94Views3likes6Comments[xbox] Battlefieldv servers disconnecting when full. Video proof.
Update problem is still happening 01/02/2026 as the title says, when playing battlefield v on xbox the game servers randomly disconnect when full or partially full, with the error " the game session is no longer available" This then effects other Battlefield V Game servers like Team Deathmatch shutting down at the same time. Battlefield V needs server maintenaince and that should FIX the ISSUE. Video of proof of game shutting down when active video below: https://youtu.be/ZougL64I_pk?si=z6MZ3gZY-FVQb9-5 When I try to rejoin the same server that just crashed as shown in Video it says the following Error : Also Platoon tags are Not always showing on players, Most of the time nobody gets platoon tags next to their name: I believe this is becuse the game servers are needing some maintenaince and is all linked with the game servers crashing. Below images of Platoon tags not showing on players.539Views0likes6CommentsThanks EA
Thanks EA Hello everyone The incorrect ban imposed on January 9th has been lifted. Everyone check their game. I appealed, it was rejected, but when I checked my penalty history, there was no ban. I logged into the game and yes, the ban has been lifted, I'm so happy, thank you EA and your team :) <3 Everyone check their penalty history.68Views0likes2CommentsStill banned, my appeal didn’t work
Yesterday I received the response to my account ban appeal. After more than 2800 hours of gameplay, with a 1.6 KD, and never using any cheats, I at least expected a fair review. The sad answer was that they won’t remove the ban because, according to them, I do use hacks. The most ironic and frustrating part is that I don’t have any hacks, cheats, or illegal software at all. I’ve lost all hope and motivation to keep appealing. I think it’s time to say goodbye to my favorite game.Solved309Views1like10CommentsBattlefield 5 Slow Startup and Long Loading Time
Update (Edited: 06-08-2025): Even BF6's open beta loads fine on the same PC—just 50 seconds from clicking "Play" to reaching the main menu. Update (Edited: 30-07-2025): Performed a clean reinstall of Windows 11 and the game still takes over two minutes to load. A friend of mine with a different setup is experiencing the same issue. I suspect the problem is related to the anti-cheat or the game itself. I’ve attached a screen recording to this forum post showing the problem, including an on-screen stopwatch and Task Manager for reference. Original Post: For EA Staff & Devs Bug Report ID: 6ad91d36-9f32-4e49-98f0-e1c42c510896 Help Case ID: #215668482 I recently updated the BIOS and Windows on my laptop. Everything seemed to be running smoothly—until I noticed that launching BF5 now takes significantly longer than it used to. Only BF5 is affected, I timed it with a stopwatch and the startup consistently takes around 2.5 minutes. The other games' load time from pressing play till it enters full-screen are: BF3 = 12 Seconds BF4 = 16 Seconds BF1 = 40 Seconds Issue description: After clicking Play in the EA App, the EA Anti-Cheat launches and initializes normally. Once the Anti-Cheat finishes, there's a 30-33 second delay before the game window appears. The game remains in small window and shows a black screen for another 50-60 seconds. Eventually, the game maximizes into a full-screen window and loads the title screen. Once fully open, the game runs fine, except it loads map extremely slowly as well. Here's what I've tried so far: Confirmed that Windows and NVIDIA drivers are fully up to date. Repaired, reinstalled, and cleared the cache for both the EA App and BF5. Ran both the EA App and BF5 with administrator privilege and in offline + clean boot. Ran both the EA App and BF5 on a different SSD, ensure SSD firmware are up to date. Performed a reinstall of the NVIDIA driver using DDU; cleared DirectX and NVIDIA GL caches. Reinstalled Windows using the "Fix problems with Windows Update" in-place upgrade. Reset BIOS to default settings, did a CMOS reset too. Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue, and I’m starting to run out of ideas. Has anyone else experienced this? I’d appreciate any tips or suggestions. For reference (especially if any DICE developers are reading this), here’s the BIOS update I installed: https://support.hp.com/nz-en/drivers/swdetails/omen-by-hp-16.1-inch-gaming-laptop-16-k0000/model/2101129710/swItemId/ob-348379-1 I’ve also attached my DxDiag file to this post in case it’s helpful.2.6KViews7likes11CommentsEa anticheat error code 136
