Battlefield V beta not showing up in library?

So ive never used origin in my life but i pre ordered battlefield 5 at game stop and they gave me my beta code and everything. I got home and installed origin and made an account and all that. I typed in my code to redeem it and i confirmed the content was what i payed for. I "installed" it but its not in my library at all. I know its not playable yet but the guy i was speaking to at game stop said that you can install it so its ready to play when the beta actually starts in October. Is the beta supposed to show in my library? or will it show up when the beta starts? Again im new to origin so i dont know much of how it works.

    @Ehthikk If the Beta is not due to begin till October then there will be no download option till closer to the date.

    I have the same problem - i bought 2 codes - one for me and one for my son - HIS is showing up in his library - mine is not...

    @Zace66_k Did they give you multiple codes, it may be a case that you son redeemed the code for the beta which is showing on his account. 

    The best thing to do is speak with the retailer as they will be able to verify the code and what you should have received upon redemption.

    Indeed we did have 2 separate case.  On entering them both we got a massage saying welcome <our username> and on mine origin dashboard it disappeared and on my sons it appeared.  Our settings are the same, both codes report as to having been redeemed now.

    Try go explore games in origin, go to battlefield then to bfv, and then give it a try first. there you get the download of the beta

    Alas not - it just given me the option to join ea premier or buy it. There is no download option.
    So frustrating.

    @Zace66_k That link should bring you to the Origin page for BF:V and give you the option to try now, if you do not see an option to get the beta can you check your library to see if it is there.

    Thanks for the link! I had the same trouble where I was looking all through my Origin and the beta download prompt wasn't showing.

    alas i have to login on the browser and it keeps telling me logging are not open - so once again - thwarted to try this game.
