Well, I have/did try several of the actions you suggested. Here is what worked and what didn't: Repair might or might not work for a short period (by short, I mean a few hours or maybe a day) but soon the game will again crash or freeze up. I checked number two and in the advanced video settings the GPU memory restriction can only be turned off or on. You may have meant the frame rate adjustment with the numbers "60 or 120". As I don't see any number adjustment with GPU memory restriction. Also, in my case, it wasn't a program running in the background or a Windows issue (I'm fairly certain). I didn't mess with future frame rendering. Now for the actions that seem to have worked: I rolled back DX12 to DX11 (hoping a patch from EA will fix DX12 issues. As it is enhanced for gaming). I also deleted the AMD Adrenaline driver application and rolled the driver back to the version Microsoft uses as a default (AMD used to be so good with regard to drivers. However, lately I have been a bit disappointed with the latest drivers. I was having issues with BF1 due to problems with AMD Radeon drivers). I also deleted the Origin client and re-installed it. I also shut off the Origin in-game overlay. I also adjusted the graphics quality to "high" rather than "ultra". The result so far has been good. I did these things yesterday afternoon (east coast) and have been playing with no issues since then. My advice would be to try the actions recommended by EA_Blueberry that I found to have a positive impact on the in game "freeze/crash" issue. Having said that however, it is still a short test period of only about a day or so. If I continue to not have the problem, I will not post further on the subject. But, if it does rear it's ugly head again, I will be back to post about it. Thanks.
