Battlefield V Deluxe Issues

I bought Battlefield V Standard Edition for Xbox One and then bought the Deluxe Edition Upgrade and I’m getting message when trying to launch the game that I’m too early. I’ve spoken with EA and Microsoft multiple times and learned its a Entitlement issue and probably won’t be able to play early. 

This issue is frustrating but I wanted to make a post about it Incase others are having this issue and don’t know why
