Battlefield V intro repeating itself on PC

Every time I enter the game the intro repeats itself even though I have tried everything that has been posted here before. It does not solve the problem. Can anyone help me what to do about this?

@Boscorelli112911 Can you check if your my documents folder is set to "read only"

I had this issue myself and it was due to Battlefield not being able to update local files due to the documents folder being read only.
