Battlefield V intro repeating itself

everytime i log in to Battlefield the intro repeat itself and i need to do it again and again it starting to be annoying and destroying the game fun does someone know how to fix it? beacause if this continue i think i will stop playing

    the protected folder settings in widnows defender will do that got the same problem when turning it on

    i think the problem is with the saves beacause i just noticed my changes at options change to default whenever i log in

    So that means something is blocking Battlefield V to save in the document folder. @Samtov69

    Can be Anti-virus or Firewall. Also do you have OneDrive or google drive?
