@GREENM4A3 You'll probably need to contact Sony support in that case I'm afraid.
The only other thing I can think to suggest which you could try yourself would be to delete the game from internal storage and installing it on an external drive. This should confirm if the problem is related to corruption somewhere.

Unfortunately I have tries that as well I put it on a solid state external drive and same thing happened. Do you know what the best way to get support from Sony would be?
- ElliotLH12 months agoHero+@GREENM4A3 That is unfortunate, but at least it implies it's not a hardware issue. I had a quick look on Sony's support site and you should be able to reach them through the options on this link:

It probably wouldn't hurt to raise it with EA Help as well or if Sony can't assist. If you wanted to do that then you should see email or live chat options when you select the support options at help.ea.com.
