FairFight error? Already unbanned once, banned again

Hello everyone,

I’m posting here because I’m experiencing a very frustrating issue with Battlefield V and FairFight.

I played BFV without issue when the game was released. On august 15, I wanted to play again but my account was banned by FairFight for cheating. I immediately contacted EA Support, who reviewed my case and unbanned me – which clearly showed that the ban was not justified.

However, only a few days later, I was banned again by FairFight without any explanation. My EA account history still shows **no bans or sanctions**. I contacted support again, but this time I only received a generic “final decision” response, without any proper review of the situation or acknowledgement that I had already been unbanned once.

So right now I am completely unable to play a game I legally purchased, despite never cheating and having a clean record.

👉 Has anyone else experienced the same issue with repeated/unjust FairFight bans?
👉 And to the moderators/EA staff here: could you please escalate my case to the Terms of Service team? This looks like an error in the FairFight system, and I just want a proper review.

Thank you

danisoff Thanks for the reply, I’m aware that bans are handled by the ToS team, and I’ve already contacted them through the official form several times. Support replies just say “final decision” without any real review.

That’s why I’m posting here – not because I expect the forum to lift the ban, but to understand:
    - Has anyone else experienced repeated/unjust FairFight bans like this?
    - Is there any way to escalate a case when the ToS replies are clearly automated and don’t consider the previous unban?

I’m hoping that by sharing here, maybe other players or moderators can point me in the right direction, or at least confirm I’m not the only one facing this situation.

    Hi Battix7,

I'm sorry to say that if EA's ToS team have stated that no further appeals will be accepted, then the ban is most likely permanent and won't be removed.

Unfortunately, there is just nobody here who can overturn a ban or really advise much more than you've done already. You will find other posts regarding bans, though, if you search the various Battlefield forums here.
