Battlefield V messes up my alt tab in different games on fullscreen

Hello, 

I have a big problem with battlefield V on EA Desktop. When I launch it, it completely messes up my resolution and gives me 2-3 second black screen in every game (games from different platforms) that has fullscreen mode setting turned on  when I try to alt tab or either go onto the desktop with the windows key.  What seems to be helping with the issue is reinstalling nvidia drivers completely, but its just stupid to do that every time I want to play the game. I've never had this issue before, it has only occurred after launching BFV. I tried tweaking many options in the nvidia panel or settings in the game but nothing seems to be working and the only solution is the one listed above. I also tried playing battlefield 4 and there seems to be issues with it so its definitely BFV or some other driver/windows problems
