Battlefield V messes up my alt tab in different games on fullscreen

    @KopiKQ Is the same resolution / Hz set in the Battlefield 5 option? Or also Windows to the same resolution as your monitor?
    Is the full image optimization for BF5 deactivated?

Yes, resolution and hz are set the same both in game and windows. About the full image optimization, i will try to deactivate it in a sec and will tell you if it fixed it or not.
