Battlefield V mouse moves insanely slow with weird popups

Fasse deinen Fehler zusammen: Everytime I run the multiplayer I have solid FPS (60+) but my mouse speed turns extremely slow. Not because the mouse speed itself is slow, but because my mouse ingame moves too slow. You can see it´s laggy when pressing escape. Also because theres no pattern behind the slow movement. It´s almost constantly but sometimes it jumps faster. Also sometimes (all 2-3 seconds) the windows mouse pops up in the middle of the screen, like I tabbed out. I tried pressing alt + enter to re enter the game, but apparently I am already in full screen. I also tried borderless and windowed screen. That did change nothing tho.
Wie oft tritt der Fehler auf? 100%
Schritte: Wie können wir den Fehler finden? Hard to reconstruct it since I did not find anyone else with the same problem.
Was passiert, wenn der Fehler auftritt? It is unplayable since I can´t aim or move. Else everything runs smooth, but this is a huge letdowb.
Was sollte stattdessen passieren? It should move clean.

So my problem is the following:

You can see it´s laggy when pressing escape. Also because theres no pattern behind the slow movement. It´s almost constantly but sometimes it jumps faster. Also sometimes (all 2-3 seconds) the windows mouse pops up in the middle of the screen, like I tabbed out.

I tried pressing alt + enter to re enter the game, but apparently I am already in full screen. I also tried borderless and windowed screen. That did change nothing tho.

I also tried the old methods that helped fixing lags (setting resolution use to 130% and clearing the memory when playing).

I also checked my task manager and my CPU Usage is at 100%. This SHOULD be a huge warning sign, I know. However I had the same amount of CPU usage without the problem. 
The game except for that, runs like butter. It´s an old overclocked AMD-FX 6300. Old CPU, ik, but so far, I didn´t have problems with battlefield 5.

MY CPU, Mainboard, GPU and hardware drivers (mouse and keyboard) are up to date. It also didn´t occur after an update or any change to my hardware or software. Just from one day to another.

Any idea what that could be or what could fix it? 

I had a similar problem with the game "The Forest" on Steam. However that was fixed after closing Discord overlay. That´s not the case with Battlefield. Also closing Razer experience did not help. (That was the case with Elder Scrolls Online after a certain patch).
