Battlefield V need to upgrade version to play
I own battlefield V and I recently tried to play it but I says that I only have the trial version of the game and I need to upgrade. This has happened to me in the past and it was resolved.
I own the version “Battlefield V” not the standard edition or the definitive addition.

With this issue, you'll need to reach out to either EA Help or Xbox Support, although it's best to start with EA Help. The support agents should be able to remove the trial marker from your account.
