Battlefield V not launching Steam or EA

Bought Battlefield V through Steam awhile ago and have 36 hours on it for playtime. I had it deleted from from my computer to make some space, I've re-downloaded it but cant play it cause it wont launch through Steam or the EA app. Ive tried running it as an admin, I've deleted and downloaded the game and the EA app, my driver is up to date and my computer meets the specifications to run the game. No matter what i do though i can't launch the game, i get no error messages, just a message saying the game requires additional requirements and i f i would like to allow it, i always click yes when that pops up. Any help would be great
