Battlefield V (PC)-colleague "offline" status ?

Hello Everyone,

I hope some of the more experienced players will be able to solve this riddle.

It's about Battlefield V (PC). 

In social games, my colleague was "online" during the first few games and now he is "offline" from some unknown reason. In EA App both of us are "online".

We played together just fine, nothing was changed in the meantime in the game itself or any of the systems (Windows). 

Currently, I can send him a message via EA App, but in B.V. itself I can't invite him to the team precisely because of his "offline" status. We restarted EA App, deleted and added the user again, restarted Windows... nothing helps.

How can we solve this problem?
