Battlefield V Platoon Issues

Good evening, Platoons on BF5 does not work. When I load up the “platoons” page it merely states “failed to load platoons, please try again” But it is always in this state. I AM in a platoon and ...

I still believe it to be a synchronisation error between the platoons page and BF5.

As when I access the platoons page it still states “Failed to load Platoons. Please try again.

At the moment we are not tracking any issues with accessing the platoon systems. @DazKez 

Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

How to power cycle:

  1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
  2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
    Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
  3. Plug the console power cable back in.
  4. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn it on.
