Battlefield V stuck on loading screen Xbox One

I have been trying to launch the game but it gets stuck on the loading screen that has the same blue image as on the disc cover. It works on second accounts but not my Xbox Live one. It also doesnt...

    Try clearing the local and cloud saves for BFV and then start the game up should help @Tobyps

Hello @Tobyps Try to delete your game save and then try to start your game again. I know that this happend on Ps4 and it worked so try it and let me know. 🙂

    Hey @Tobyps

    It looks like this is a known issue, and should be addressed in this upcoming Update:

    Confirmed Fixed/Will be Fixed in Next Update

    1. Black Screen when Loading Map/Launching game. Game sounds continue and menu works, but is not visible. Not the same issue as the "double-V". Must force quit or navigate by memory.
      • Platform: PS4/Xbox One

    Let us know if you're still experiencing this issue after the Update.

      I have updated the game yet it still wont get past the first loading screen.
