I keep trying to connect to multiplayer on battlefield v. It gives me unable to connect to EA. How do I fix that?

I always start with this basic step:
I'm having the same problem on PS4 pro and AT&T Uverse Fiber. Never had issues since BF5 came out until Tuesday night, still persists even though downloaded new patch at menu says offline can't connect. Rebooting router several times, unplugging, including PS4 did not resolve. Every other game works, including BF1, COD, Destiny, etc.

Doesn't work have tryed everything
I just want my money back EA is getting worse and worse scamming *
I’m having the same issue 3/2/2020 and talk to chat support on ea.com and they got me no where. Said they would not be able to help me after we tried serval steps. It’s annoy and frustrating! They claim I won’t be able to play online on battlefield 5 till the new update comes out and they don’t have an ETA on that. So great could be hours, days or even longer!
Me to I contacted EA and they wasted 2 hours of my life trying to solve this Connection problem
