None of those allowed me to update the game.
However, uninstalling Origin and re-installing gave the same error message as previously. BUT this time to allowed me to run the repair option, which then went on to download the WHOLE game and patches from scratch.
Come on EA this is unacceptable, that the repair just re-installs the full game..
it comes to something that its almost guaranteed that its quicker to uninstall a 70 gig game and re-installing that just updating it.
