Battlefield V Xbox ome not loading

Sorry to hear about this.

Have you tried any of the following steps?

Also, have you tried clearing your MAC Address?

Go to Network ---> Advanced Settings ---> Alternate MAC Address ---> and Clear.

I would recommend doing a hard reset on your console after this.

i’m afraid it hasn’t worked! Still does the same. All other games work perfectly and it’s just Battlefield that does it...the EA Access version was the same for me so I uninstalled it before I installed the retail version hoping it would be different ☹️ game is also updated to the current version.

• The console's disc drive needs servicing.

 If you use Instant-On power mode, change power modes and power cycle the console

Here's how:

1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > Power & startup > Power mode & startup
3. Select Power mode, and then select Energy saving.
4. Perform a "hard power cycle" by holding down the Xbox button  on the console for 10 seconds. Once the console has completely shut down, press the Xbox button  on the console again to restart it.
5. Try your disc again. Wait a few seconds to see if the console recognizes it. If the console can now read the disc, you can revert back to Instant-On power mode.
