Battlefield V Year 2 edition

Purchased Battlefield V Year 2 Edition and Battlefield V Chapter 6 Premium Booster Pack for PS4. Can't get either to download despite a number of calls to Playstation Support and one call to EA Games...

Did you purchase this content from the Playstation Store and redeem the Codes? You're saying you're unable to download Battlefield V and/or the Booster Pack that you purchased, correct? 

Are you getting any PS4 error codes?
