I just purchased a new Xbox One S. I installed Battlefield V, and when the game loads up to the welcome screen I noticed that there is a warning message on the top left hand side which says 'NO VALID EA ACCOUNT, You must be signed in to your EA account to access online'
When I attempt to log on and then receive the following error message, 'This account is invalid. Please visit help.EA.com for more information.
As requested I changed my password and its still mot working.

It doesnt even give me an option to login EA on BFV and I have my password Ive tried all the methods to link and just says my EA expired and no account yet I have one cause I can go to EA website and says I been a member since 2017
Ive also tried hard restarting the internet and soft restarting the Xbox S nothing is wrong with the connection
Can you post images of the error messages?

No way to link account
And yes i also tried making a new account to see if that fixed it since i did change my gamertag since the last time i played battlefield. I even contaced ea and they said my account should be playable.
