there is no such folder anywhere in BFV folders

@ChiLong55 this is normally related to windows permission issue with read and write to the Battlefield V document folder. What i means Battlefield V cant write to that folder so it can't save that you done the prologue.
What you can try is to turn off - Windows Defender controlled folder access.
