@Tattert0ts213 Squad conquest is really good for XP as well.
One important part of getting fast XP is squadplay in generell. Make sure to follow instructions by your squadleader. If the leader doesn´t give orders, try to get that spot urself. Even if your squad doesn´t stick together, try to place orders on flags the individuals are capping.

Play in squad with a correct squad leader with orders.
In assault focus tank, play objectives and kills 🙂.
In medic , revive, healthing play, objectives.
In support, give ammo, play objectives, build fortrification and repair.
In sniper, flare and put beacon and play objectives.
