BF V early access.

It showed the game in my library under purchased but had no download arrow. Tried to resolve with ea help for over an hour only to get told it was as a playstation store download error and I needed to contact them. So I did. To no avail because per them, I never got the game? Yet the code I redeemed gave me the early enlister offer weapons and early beta access which are only available if you preordered the game? After going through 2 regular employees and a so called manager who ignored me when I tried to explain that it was in my library under purchased but no download  button , and that I had already recieved all enlister offer which is only available if game was preordered, I ended up giving up and having to pay for it last night after spending over an hour in live chat with ea and almost an hour and a half on the phone trying different troubleshooting ideas with first two reps in ps support and then the manager! As a battlefield player of every title since bf3 with all dlcs content since then, this was the worst customer service I have ever encountered and I wouldn't even be playing the game except my wife went in the other room after the argument with support and ordered it for me! This was totally ridiculous and support was nothing more than a huge letdown!
