Getting constantly disconnected from bf5 servers

Any idea why it says that you are unable to connect to bf5 servers? When I click go online everything works fine. I join a game and suddenly I keep getting disconnected back to lobby "You have lost connection to the server" and a button appears "Go Online"

I attached my error picture. I need solutions to this matter.

    The issue should be related to your internet connection stability, check if you have a stable connection. After that, reinstall your game.
