How exactly did you disable it on your PC , i disabled it (and now it shows what TPM is NOT usable in tpm.msc ) , but still same error
On my PC there is a specific BIOS screen, as on this screenshot ( just with TPM 1.2 ). I just had to unset TPM On, apply and everything worked fine afterwards.
Well i disabled TPM in BIOS too , still didnt work and same error , i guess if it says TPM 2.0 security in the menu in your screenshot , you must have TPM 2.0 is some capacity , i have i5-3470 and it has TPM 1.2 , atleast it works for you so nice
