BF-V Repair wount complete

PC - BF V

I cant fix/repair my tank or plane when im in them. The cycle just goes on and when its done no repair has been completed.

And when I try to aim in a tank or plane, sometimes it jumps in and out of the aim. and when i try to rearm a tank the cycle just goes on.
