BF1 syringe is usable in BFV

Summarize your bug I was able to use the BF1 medic syringe, it was fully working and it had all the animations. I pressed 3 on my keyboard near a downed player it I pulled out the BF1 medic syringe.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am able to revive players with the BF1 medic syringe instead of the normal BFV animation revive.
What should be happening instead? It should happen

    On PS4, had this occur other day.
    Game glitched out while I was vaulting something? while reloading? or something?
    But I was stuck with the syringe being equipped.
    Could not switch out to anything else, gadgets, sidearm, weapon.
    Revived a couple of players, killed an enemy, died, was revived, and I had use of weaponry again.

    Hi @PythonWarrior. Is this different than the normal syringe that you usually have when you're playing Medic? Would you be able to grab a video of what's happening?
