BF5 crashes when I enter the multiplayer map without any error message

I've always played, but in the last few days the game just closes and when I open the EA app it doesn't give me any error messages.
It only happens when I enter multiplayer mode.
In story mode I play for hours without any errors.
I've disabled the firewall, started as administrator, reinstalled, done everything and nothing works.
I've updated all the video card and computer drivers. I have no idea what it is.
I bought the game through steam, I don't know what could be wrong.
