I just repaired the game in Origin and it's still happening. It only happens on the Medals screen it seems. The screen would freeze up for a second or two and then immediately crash to desktop.
This is still happening after the Tides of War patch.
I have:
- Freshly installed the display drivers
- Repaired the game in Origin
- Crashes with DX11 enabled
- Crashes with DX12 enabled
- Crashes with Ray tracing on and off
It's very consistent and it happens every time. When viewing the medals screen, the screen will freeze for a second and hard crash to desktop.
Looking at the Windows Event Viewer, if it helps, shows me this error:
