BF5 high latency

Hello

PC System:
CPU: i7 4790K

RAM: 12gb

GPU: Radeon RX590 8GB 

Directx12,connected via Ethernet,Current windows10 and GPU drivers

I started playing BF5 recently but am having around 30% packet loss and 1400 ping as u can see on the picture below.But somehow my ping is stable around 70 with no PL at all when riding a vehicle of any kind.I basically tried every fix recomended am starting to think its my ISP or a faulty router but am not 100% convinced because of the fact that i can play inside vehicles.

Before taking any actions i wanted to have some other people opinions on this 

PS:With QOS enabled my ping goes down to 400-250 (on foot)

    @3DiE9djua2 @EA_Atic i was able to play in tanks and airships for hours wihtout lags but the moment i go on foot i get that high ping.
    but as i thought it was somehow my ISP provider i had a lower MBPS than normal.once i got that fixed my ping went down.i guess the game somehow has a lower internet usage in vehicles.

    I'm somewhat the same problem, When I go and pick a server normal Au servers it's saying 43ms when I join my get 200-300ms for some reason. One Drive has been nuked from my hard drive is it's not that I don't know what the problem is.

    Hey @elite1800  Thanks for the post, this is a bizarre issue. Do you have a video showing going in and out of tank and result will be ping going crazy to normal? 

    Also on the photos how long (time) between them was it?

    @elite1800 I suspect the ping and packet loss (outbound) is related to the game client doing something funky when you are on foot. I assume you have a stable low ping outside the game even if the game reports that high ping. Is the ping normal if you drive a vehicle in third person mode? Do you notice anything else when running on foot like sluggish movement? And is single player or training ground smooth for you while on foot?

    i notice lately when there's cheater on i have high ping so when you going to fix it were us normal players on pc can have a legit session with out the lag cheaters its getting annoying.
