BF5 "Incompatible version" Brought on Steam

Brought Bf5 on steam downloaded it on steam, attempted to launch, launches into launcher, does not open game, any attempts to further launch don't work. Hovering over the error icon states "An incompatible Version of this game is installed on this device Unistall the EA app version to launch" I uninstalled all BF5 iterations on my computer, reinstalled and still persists, updated drivers, updated EA. No fix.
