Bf5 keeps telling me to reset my password, can’t access online

Please help, I just bought bf5, and when I try to play multiplayer, it gives me a QR code to reset my password. I did that and the same message comes up the next time, and the next time. I have reset it 3 times and that message still comes up, followed by it saying no valid ea account. Please advise
