Hello G0m3i,
Check out the bin folder inside your email, if the codes are missing still, then you should talk to EA support.

Hi G0m3i,
If the codes aren't in spam, you'll probably need to speak with EA Help so they take a look at your linked platform accounts or reactivate your dormant account.
This guide covers the unlinking process, so you might be able to solve the problem yourself, and has a link to contact EA Help at the end.

Hi,
thank you for the quick reply. Yeah , i contacted EA last year when there was a chat, and they unlinked my old account from my PS.
so i made a new account and linked it with my PS but unfortunately i cant receive the verification code when i launch the game.
of course i checked the spam and nothing.but when i log in to my new EA account through website i get the codes. Only problem is get the code when i launch the game.

You'll need to use the "Contact Us" link in the guide I shared in that case. Unfortunately, account problems cannot be resolved in these forums as nobody has access to the relevant systems for security reasons.
