BF5 Server restarting

Hi all.
Coming back for some more BF5.
I think this is a great game in many ways.

But after coming back to the game, I found that the balance is way off!
Many players doing 100/5 kills or something in that range.

Now also the game is restarting midgame, that was not an issue before, its like someone is controlling the server?
And the chat is not working, it feels like some kinda spam so no one can use the chat.

BF5 IS BROKEN!!!
