BF5 Unavailable on PS5?

Hey all,  Wondering if anyone else is having this issue or has an answer/explanation. I own a digital copy of BF5 on PS4 which should be backwards compatible with PS5, however, when I go to the BF5 ...

I'm having an issue like that. On my ps5 the monthly ps plus game is battlefield 5 for one if them. I had the trial but deleted it and when I go to it it says the same thing that I own it already. Not sure what up with that. Any ideas?

    I've got a similar issue on my Ps4. I don't know long ago when I added BF5 trial version to my library. Ever since, the BF5 the ps store says 'unavailable for purchase', because of which I can't get the full game as part of the ps plus offer. Stuck with the trial version.

    @mob199man01 @AK_BEA5T_23 Some players with the same issue contacted PlayStation support and asked them to remove the trial version of the game from their account. That fixed the issue for them and they were able to download the full version.
