    Thanks for following up. 

    I took another look at the DxDiag you shared, and I'm afraid this PC does not meet the minimum requirements to run Battlefield V. That PC is running an Intel Core 2 Duo E8500. The minimum requirement for running BFV for an Intel CPUs is an i5-6600K. 

    Unfortunately the hardware in that CPU is below the minimum specifications for running the game.

Hey @Gasolineiro. 


When you have the chance would it be possible to try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that helps at all? If there's anything else running on your PC that might be preventing BFV from launching that might help to get around it. 

For more info on how to set up a Clean Boot on your PC check out the EA Help website. Let me know how that goes when you have the chance. Thanks!
