It won’t let me create a community game at all and I want this fixed as I run a hardcore server for our clan

It was working now it won’t even let me onto the community games screen it just keeps loading 🤷♂️
It still doesn’t work re powered up checked for updates but all good . The create your own server is off line and I didn’t buy this game to play soft core . I’m a realism player . I would like a refund thanks
