BFV anticheat clashing with Valorant/Vanguard

Running battlefield V gives me this error .  Cant run the game anymore after the new anticheat and i cant uninstall the other games either due to reasons. Please give a fix or look into this EA

Hello @Soldier-Blep,

You should try reinstalling your game, also update your graphic card drivers. If the mentioned does not work, you should try reinstalling the EA anticheat.
