Is this the right place? I was looking for the place where questions go to un answered and problems never get fixed! Oh! I remember now I've been here before. This is the place! Will we get our points back after fixing the issue, or these are gone forever? Is there anybody wo tests the game before an update rollout?
I would hope that they are having issues solving this quickly because they fired every developer and QA person they have due to the amount of completely preventable bugs this game continually has.
This game has problems that the kids in my high school programming class would have caught. Like, holy crap how is Dice still in business?
