From the main menu go to Options and check your resolution settings in the Video - Basic and make sure your screen is set to the correct resolution, like 1080p or whatever your screen is at.Also check the Video - Advanced options and make sure resolution scale is at 100% or more.
Finally check your graphics settings are not on low etc which should also be in Video - Advanced.
Hopefully one of those should fix your problem but if not, make sure your monitor or TV is set to It's proper resolution in Windows or the screen settings themselves.
The graphics setting marked in the picture below do have mostly unwanted effects, that can cause, what you are describing. Turn motion blur to 0% and turn the other settings off.

@CarbonCarlI will never understand the standard settings game come with. My wish for BF6: remove motion blur. 🙌

Yeah, turning all that stuff off is the literally first thing I did when I installed the game originally.
