Why are my colors washed out/faded

From the main menu go to Options and check your resolution settings in the Video - Basic and make sure your screen is set to the correct resolution, like 1080p or whatever your screen is at.
Also check the Video - Advanced options and make sure resolution scale is at 100% or more.
Finally check your graphics settings are not on low etc which should also be in Video - Advanced.
Hopefully one of those should fix your problem but if not, make sure your monitor or TV is set to It's proper resolution in Windows or the screen settings themselves.
