Have you tried these steps?
1. Turn off the Origin in-game Overlay in Origin
2. Clean Boot, to make sure there are no background apps interferring: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
Also, Battlefield V is a very CPU intensive game.

hi man i did everything but something i even debloat windows 10 pro 1809, i feel like the game is running on the cpu and not using gpu (25 30% usage) any suggestions ??
What FPS are you getting? Lowering the FPS limit usually lowers the CPU usage.
